Flash back to June of this year, our local Frys Electronics had a sale on the Netgear WNDR3700. I had done a quick search in store and found that the WNDR3700 was supported by DD-WRT, so I picked one up. Mind you, DD-WRT doesn’t only work with the Linksys WRT-54G/GL. A full list of supported devices is available on their site, and the list is quite long. However, I believe the WRT-54G was the first, after people discovered that initial versions of the WRT … Since we only have one obscenely overpriced Microsoft Wireless Adapter, I bought a new Linksys WRT54G2, and converted the old WRT54G (not G2) to a bridge with DD-WRT firmware.
